Individual 1:1 Packages

In this 30-minute complementary consultation, we can discuss your health goals and concerns and see if working together would best serve you on this important journey toward bettering your health.

Complementary Consultation

This 3-month package starts with a deep dive initial consultation where we review your health history, food journals, a 300+ question signs and symptoms assessment, functional evaluations, and more. From there, it includes two monthly follow-up sessions, weekly check-ins, and unlimited email access throughout the program so you can feel confident and empowered in your personal health journey. During these 3 months, you will feel supported in your goals with progress checks and any protocol revisions necessary so that you can get the most out of our time together and make sustainable changes in your health.

  • Two follow-up sessions (one per month) - 60-90 minutes each

3-Month Package
